The AfroFuture Festival is back, and it’s bringing some of the biggest names in music to Accra, Ghana on December 28 and 29. Nigerian Afrobeats sensation Davido, UK rapper J Hus, and award-winning Ghanaian rapper Black Sherif are set to headline this spectacular event.
Formerly known as Afrochella, the AfroFuture Festival has been drawing people from the African diaspora to Accra since 2017. In the previous year, the festival featured stars like Burna Boy, Asake, Ayra Starr, and Fireboy DML. This year’s theme is “Black Unification & Pan Africanism,” focusing on art, fashion, food, and more.
But that’s not all – the festival kicks off on December 18 with a two-week expo of wellness sessions, screenings, panel discussions, an entrepreneurial pitch competition in partnership with Pharrell Williams’ non-profit Black Ambition, a film competition, and a community service day.
Get ready for an unforgettable celebration of music and culture in Accra this December!
